We are all adults, or at least should be to view this website, However we do recognize that at times some people join, feel that the site was want they wanted, get billed twice (that can happen) or they pay and cannot get access, this can frequently occur if you have paid via SegPay, which is while we recommend Epoch over them.

If you want to cancel, well we are sorry to see you go, but you can simply do that yourself on SEGPAY or EPOCH, it will be quicker than sending us and email. By going though this process yourself, you will have no waiting for us to reply to you and you will have peace of mind knowing the processor has cancelled your account.
